Sumarise clinical features & case mutations / molecular phenotypes.¶
Here we want to sumarise some of the major clinical features.
Demographics¶
- Race demographics (ethnicity_self_identified)
- Age (age) --> separate into young (< 50) mid (50 - 70), old (> 70)?
- BMI (BMI) --> separate into underweight (< 19) normal (19 - 25), pre-obese (26-30), obsesity class 1 (30 - 35), obesisty class 2 (35 - 40), obesity class 3) (41 - 49
- tumour stage (tumor_stage_pathological)
- tumour size (tumor_size_in_cm)
- white cell count (white_cell_count)
- vital status (vital_status_at_12months_follow_up)
